Games like this.....

....'Samorost 2' bought from steam. Have awakened a love for puzzle games that i didnt know existed.

I have never really been a gamer who enjoys a lot of the puzzle genre but this game is easily the most entertaining one i have played. Its a point and click sort of thing with no real clues as to what your supposed to do apart from the odd jiggling bee or flickering light. I found this very interesting and it kept me wanting to play more and more.

It also got me thinking why dont i play more puzzle games? I don't think the genre gets enough credit, its all about the fps flavour of the month at the moment it would seem. This is getting tiring. At least playing the blur beta with Ryan shook things up a bit for me (its ace!!!).

I feel as though i have a whole mess of games out there to play and enjoy with my new found liking for this genre. All thanks to Samorost and the quest for his little lost dog in some surreal, crazy ass, pear loving world.
